Featured Move: Hair Pull (2)
The last time the hair pull had a prominent feature on this blog was way back in October 2023. My fairly recent obsession with the catfight match style and its various subgenres have given me a renewed appreciation for the tactic. It's obviously not exclusive to the catfight, but that's the first association I tend to make. Taking that into account, it popping up in pro matches or standard grappling makes it extra special. It could be a sign of control or desperation, and when a move has such range, it's sure to be a favorite of mine.
