The Climactic Finish

According to Google, a climax is defined as "the most intense, exciting, or important point of something; the culmination." It is also another word for the orgasm. These of course go hand-in-hand, especially regarding this post's topic: the first-to-cum-loses match. It's a simple concept that describes itself. A perfect blend of sex and competition.

At their core, first-to-cum-loses matches epitomize the raw eroticism of gay wrestling. I've noticed a lot of these popping up lately, especially due to the surge of user-generated content through sites like Watchfighters. Turning a wrestling match into a sexual contest is not new. I have no evidence of this, but I'm sure the first-to-cum-loses stipulations have been around a long, long time.

The appeal is clear. Forcing your will onto another; proving your manhood and sexual prowess to be "superior" is a thrilling means for competition. It goes without saying that consent is an essential component of these erotic match types. It should be a given, of course, but it must be said. As consumers of this kind of content, consent should be expected between all parties involved. I won't go into too much depth on that topic here. Instead I shall redirect you to an excellent post about this over at Sidelineland which you can read here.

Without further ado, here are a few first-to-cum-loses matches that really get me going.

Paris Deal 2 for Royboy — Wrestlingmale

Wrestlingmale has a bunch of these matches, with Paris Deal 2 being one of their first. Competition takes center stage in this custom bout, with Etienne and Jack going toe to toe. This match, in my opinion, is one of Wrestlingmale's finest productions. Eroticism takes center stage, of course, but the element of competition is never lost in the video's over 30-minute runtime. The same can't be said for many of their recent sex-focused productions. Nothing wrong with that of course, but the competitive edge is what makes a match like this so exciting.

The more mature Etienne is a great match for the spritely Jack. Both start fully clothed before stripping, grappling, taunting, and sweating their way into nudity. These two roll around and force themselves onto each other in a fantastic battle that leaves one of them spent and barely conscious.

Beastyboy vs Tripp Evans (Draining Match) — Watchfighters

This one is a scorcher. In the form of Tripp Evans and Beastyboy, the USA takes on the UK in a tiny London hotel room. These two picturesque studs have at it for over 30 minutes in this so-called "draining match". As you may expect, the objective is to 'drain' your opponent of their load. It was difficult trying to outlast them in this, and I wasn't even involved!

These two are wonderfully matched, exchanging painful holds throughout. Unlike the first entry in this list, there is a much less sensual energy to this match. There's a higher competitive edge, more punishment. This is evident in the match's final moments, which leave one of these studs moaning in pain after getting 'drained' by their opponent.

Wrestlingmale's "Conquers 30: Slow Agony 2"

I try to avoid talking about multiple matches from the same company in posts like these, but I had to mention this match. I've already discussed it briefly in my post about custom videos. Aryx Quinn and Stefan begin this match with their wrists bound together in a kind of mutual bearhug position. Their ankles are also chained for some reason, but it's an addition to the match that leads to some very interesting moments.

They are tasked first with freeing themselves, then making the other man cum first. These two roll around, beat each other up, and ooze sexual chemistry for almost the entire runtime which clocks in at just under an hour. These two are a super hot pairing. According to the match's official description, this is the first time these two have met. This is actually not true. One of Wrestlingmale's earlier productions, Boston Clash 6, is actually their first meeting as far as I am aware. It's a great oil match, but it doesn't stand up to the brilliance that is Conquers 30 in my opinion. The close, forced body contact between these two hunks is pulled directly from my dreams.
